Description

The Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities by selling services offered by McQueen Financial to banks and credit unions throughout the United States. This Sales position is focused on external sales and new client development. Secondarily, the position will work with existing clients for cross sales opportunities. The Sales Associate must be knowledgeable about the company's products and services, as well as the industry in which they operate.

Requirements

 Duties:

· Placing warm and cold calls to prospective clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

· Attending industry events/conferences to generate relationships and leads.

· Presenting proposals to prospective clients.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with other vendors in our space.

· Collaborating with other MFA departments to improve sales strategies.

· Keeping up to date with industry trends and changes in the market.

· Providing regular sales reports and updates.

· As other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. 

· Self-starter, determined, and friendly.

· Desire to assist prospective clients in finding suitable services.

· Positive attitude, ability to work well under pressure, and tireless work ethic.

· Some overnight travel is necessary.

· Previous sales experience required.
